Promotion of the "Alter Trip" project in the radio show "Roadmap" and TV show "TV Taxi 28" on MRT

The project "Alternative touristic experience - alternative trip", or in short "Alter trip", which Mobility Bitola implemented within the framework of the IPA Interreg Program for cross-border cooperation with Greece 2014-2020, continues to arouse interest among the media. Other journalists were also interested in the activities within the project, who wanted to learn more about the work done and the perspectives it offers for people with disabilities in the field of tourism. Namely, on October 13, 2023, in the radio show "Roadmap", which is broadcast on the 1st radio channel of the National Broadcaster MRT, the journalist Elizabeta Paunovska dedicated almost the entire show to our project. She spoke with the project manager Ivona Jankova, who explained in detail all the phases of the project, what the final results are and how they will contribute to the development of accessible tourism in the Pelagonian region. It was particularly emphasized that accessibility is still at a low level, but that by working on such projects, we can see concrete and real results in a relatively shorter time. All of that was captured visually in the show "TV Taxi 28", which is broadcast on the 1st television channel of the National Broadcaster MRT1. In their episode dedicated to inclusion, the TV Taxi team came to Bitola, to promote the first city in the Balkans with a tourist offer designed for people with disabilities. The main speech here was given by our expert Jove Pargovski, M.Sc., who made the tactile panels that have already been placed in the appropriate locations throughout Bitola, and the project manager Ivona Jankova also said a word or two. Episode no. 14 with the title "Inclusion is not an illusion" you can watch in its entirety at the following link: https://youtu.be/31a4Hattpmo?si=TFPnxW1qXp5VYVTj. Activities continue.
