“Second Life of Objects” was the motto of the eco-workshop held on April 7 at the premises of “Mobility Bitola”, organized by Marija Misirlievska Mijoska, with mentoring support from Simona Joveska, as part of the project “TGAEP – Together for Green Advocacy for Environmental Protection”, funded by the Embassy of Switzerland through the “Civica Mobilitas” program, and implemented by the Youth Activism Center KRIK, the Center for Social Initiatives “Hope”, and the Association of Social Workers of Macedonia – ASWM. The event further enriched the initiative of our members and creative friends, who gather every week at the association’s premises for regular crochet workshops. Using yarn, plastic, wood, cardboard, and textiles, the participants created unique and functional objects. The process was not only creative, but also educational – encouraging reflection on reuse, waste reduction, and responsible attitudes toward the environment. Such events and initiatives are always welcome, especially because of their contribution to greater inclusion and visibility, not only of our members, but of all persons with disabilities. We hope that in the future they will take place in even greater numbers. The activities continue.
